Dr. Anthony Nguyen, MD, MBA is the Chief Medical Officer of Cognizant, and sets the company’s clinical direction for the Healthcare Business Process Services (BPS) Practice. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Medical Director for WellPoint, and was responsible for all aspects of care delivery 34 million members. Anthony was a partner physician for Kaiser Permanente and served as Vice President of the Medical Staff, Orange County, CA. His accomplishments in the healthcare industry have lead to his recognition as Dorland Health’s 2010 Medical Director of the Year. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is board certified in Internal Medicine.
